Time: 13.00-14.00 pm

Location: LG81, Keppel Street

Speaker: Dr Graham Moore

This lunchtime seminar  will provide an introduction to the MRC guidance – Process evaluation of complex interventions –  from it’s lead author Dr Graham Moore. There will be plenty of time for questions and comment. It is recommended that you read the guidance in advance of the seminar.

Dr Graham Moore has an international reputation in methodological innovation for the evaluation of social interventions. He led the development and authorship of highly cited MRC guidance for process evaluation of complex interventions, and is joint PI on a new MRC grant to develop guidance for adaptation of social interventions for new contexts. He is particularly interested in understanding the practical implications of complex systems perspectives for the design and conduct of intervention science. As programme lead for DECIPHer’s complex intervention methods programme, he leads a series of established methodology short courses, which are echeduled for delivery in 4 continents in 2019.

This event is part of the Centre for Evaluation’s student seminar series organised by our student reps. Everyone is welcome!
